St. JOHN Smithfield is currently looking to recruit the following to join it's Michelin Star winning team: PASTRY CHEF: We're interviewing pastry chefs for the kitchen at St. John Street to work alongside head baker Justin Piers Gellatly and head chef Chris Gillard. Candidates should be experienced, at least to pastry chef de partie level and have abounding enthusiasm. Ideally suited to someone with a number of years at head barman level the role will involve working closely with our bar and restaurant manager. Experience in stock taking, rota composition, a good product knowledge and ideally having undertaken the WSET course at intermediate level though courses and training are offered.
